Trevelyn is a very special and dear friend of mine. A woman with a heart of gold who will do anything for anyone within the values that she lives by. We were so honored to be asked to capture her precious wedding day.
Since I have known Trevelyn, her greatest desire was to be a wife and a mother.
One day the family organized a weekend camping trip. Colin was invited and came from East London to be with his side of the family. (The 2 families have been friends for ages.) Colin and Trevelyn had never met. They ended up chatting and found that they really enjoyed each other's company - to the delight of both families! Well I suppose I could add a whole lot more, but I don't have to. Colin eventually asked Trev to marry him and the rest is just history :D
Trevelyn's mom and dad had a little secret that they had kept from her, and while we were taking some last minute photographs before we had to leave for the chapel....the LIMO arrived. Right place, right time, we caught her emotion on camera.
I loved Trevelyn's choice of bouquet, so very unique.
Colin has always had a love for Porche, so they decided to have the rings in a Porche mini replica. Something different and once again so unique!
It was off to the Humewood Golf Club we went. Why? Well Colin is an avid golfer, and Trevelyn was about to get a few lessons from her new husband!
